Refund policy

All orders are made-to-order so we kindly request you to make sure of your order sizes. We have a 7-day refund or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request refund or exchange which does not apply to orders with sizes in XS and below, 3XL and up, personalized orders, orders with code PV-WP, orders with logo and all special orders as mentioned to the customer before we process the order. Bank transfers will take up to 3 business days after receiving the items back.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase. 

To start a refund or exchange, you can contact us at +971509155691 . Kindly note that you will bear the costs of pickup and delivery from and to your shipping address. It will take 5-7 business days fulfillment of your exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary actions.

Exceptions / non-returnable / non-exchangeable items
Orders with sizes in XS and below, 3XL and up, personalized orders, orders with code PV-WP orders with logo and all special orders as mentioned to the customer before we process the order.

Orders in pairs must be exchanged in PAIRS. Exchanges for pants only or tops only are not accepted.

Exchanges

Exchange due to wrong size chosen from our standard size chart can be done ONCE only and you will have to pay the delivery of the exchange items plus pull out of the wrong size you ordered.
